Join us for Vajra a Yoga Philosophy and Yoga Immersion with Robert Thurman & Michele Loew, November 11th, 2024-January 11th, 2025. Fall term will cove the Sutrayana teachings of the Buddha and the yogis. Study and Practice Tibetan Healing Yoga, alignment based Hatha and Vinyasa yoga with Michele and contemplate the philosophical Indian inner science of awakening to blissful reality with Tenzin Bob Thurman.

This 100-hour teacher training course offers a deep dive into the magical enlightening universe of Yoga Nidra and Tibetan Sleep and Dream Yoga Science over the course of three 4-day immersions with accompanying reading and online resources for continued study.
